Pre-Order? URGENT - Guild Wars Forums

Hey all, i just got the pre-order version of GW: Factions, it sais i will recieve a 1 day headstart etc. yet once the event is over, will i still have the full version of factions? or does this only last the 1 day?

The preorder key should be valid for playing Factions for 10 days, when you must have the retail Factions key installed to continue with extra slots and running around in Cantha.

The key will be valid to play factions till the end of the 28th. Any additional character slots used are good for 10 days, after which they may or may not go poof. Your actual access will only last for 2 days though, beyond which you will need a retail key.

I won't bother with making a new post for this, instead i'll just top this one... since it relate's to factions, which has to do with my question... Now then... I have a question about this so called " Pre-order key " 1 hour untill Faction's head start, and I'm starting to get nervous I didn't do something right, I pre-ordered it about a month ago, but I never recieved a key or anything I was suppose to enter... How did people get this key if there is one? I ordered from one of the sponsor's off of Guildwars.com. Did I miss something? :|
